Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is Luke 6:31. READ BELOW!!!!!! Do to others as you would have them do to you. This scripture is very easy to understand because it means exactly what it says. Whatever you would like to be done to you, you should do to others. For example: •If you want someone to be kind to you, then be kind to others. •If you want someone to treat you with respect, then respect others. Thank You!!!!!!🙏 Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is Mathew 6:1-4. Read Below!!!!!!!!! (1) “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. (2) “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. (3) But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,(4) so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. Now I know what you're thinking, that in Biblical days people blew trumpets and horns when giving to the needy, but in actuality that is not what it means at all. In Biblical days the poor and needy would have clay jars and vases to ask for money from people who walked the streets. Some people who wanted to help the needy would hold their coins high up in the air and drop each coin in the needy's jar so they could draw attention to themselves, because each coin would make an echoing sound every time it hit the bottom of the jar. That's why in verse 2 it says that So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets. In verse 3 it says, But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. This means to not applaud yourself or don't pat yourself on the back or don't give yourself glory. God says that we should do our giving in secret for HE will reward us. This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!!!!!! Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is 2 Kings 20:5. Read Below!!!!!!!! This is what The Lord says:I have heard your prayer and seen your tears. I will heal you. There are many people in this world who have sickness and diseases that pray for God's healing power over their lives. If you're one of those people don't stop believing, keep having faith in God and he will answer your prayers!!!!!😇 (But always remember that God does answer prayers it just may not always be a yes, sometimes it's a no because God has greater plans for you!!!)
