GOD IS AWESOME!
Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is (Joshua 1:9). Read Below!!!!!!!! 9 This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” This is a great scripture!!! I learned this scripture from some of my dear friends who I look up to as encouraging and a true leaders. This scripture tells us to be strong and courageous. We all have a courageous side to our heart and all you have to do is let it out. For example yesterday at school we had free time and our teacher said that we could either go and talk with our friends or rest. When she said that, I was thinking oh yah I'm going to take a good nap but then I sammid to myself. What is a better way to rest by using your free time to pray. So I got on my knees and prayed and I had an idea to do a small prayer group. I am a shy person but I know that God made me strong and courageous so I went asked some people if they would pray with me. We all stood in a circle and prayed. It went well and it felt good to pray. I was glad we prayed because everyone seemed discouraged before just like this scripture says do not be afraid or discouraged for The Lord your God is always with you wherever you are. And all you have to do is to believe it. This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!!!!!!!!!!! (Joshua 1:9)

Encouraging Word Of The Day
The encouraging word of the day is (John 3:16). Read Below!!!! For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. This is one of the greatest and most well known scriptures of all time! Most people have heard the scripture but may not understand what it means. The scripture tells us that God loved the world so much that he gave his ONLY Son (Jesus) to die on the cross for our sins. But whoever believes in Gods son Jesus shall not die but live eternally (forever)!!!!!! Why did Jesus have to die for our sins? Here is a little background information. When Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, they disobeyed GOD by eating the fruit from the tree of The Knowledge of Good and Evil. Because of their disobedience, sin entered the world and all of man was no longer able to live eternally. But GOD had a plan. A perfect sacrifice would have to die to take away the punishment of sin. What was the punishment of sin? DEATH! Even though Jesus never sinned he took on our sins and became the perfect sacrifice for the sins of the entire world. Once we believe and accept this sacrifice we too can live eternally! This is such great news!!!! Now you know that if we believe in Jesus Christ with our WHOLE hearts we will live ETERNALLY!!!!!!!!!! This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!!! (John 3:16) Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is (Mathew 17:20). Read Below!!!!!! He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. " This scripture says that even if we have a little bit of faith in our hearts that is as small as a mustard seed then we can do the impossible. Such as moving a mountain. If we put our faith and trust in God we can do anything, you just gotta believe. This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!!! (Mathew 17:20) Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is (Psalms 118:24). Read Below!!!!! 24 This is the day that The Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. This scripture says THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE. Think, if you did not have this day then where would you be right now? Because of God letting us have this day and other days before we should rejoice and thank God for the day he has given to us. We should not just thank God once but every morning when you wake to show God that you really appreciate what he has done for you. Right now wherever you are, STOP whatever your doing and tell God thank you for this day he has given to YOU!!!!!!! This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!! (Psalms 118:24) Happy Alert Happy Resurrection Day to all!!! This is the day that our savior and king rose from the grave and defeated death!!!!!! Celebrate this glorious day for HE IS RISEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is (Galatians 6:7-10). Read Below!!! 7 Do not be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. 8 Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. 9 So let us not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we do not give up.10 Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith. This scripture tells us that whatever we do in life whether good or bad, will come back to us. If you are friendly, you will make friends. If you steal, most likely things will be stolen from you. Here is a better example. Say you are in church and you get a text from a friend, you know that you are not supposed to text in church. But instead of not answering the text, you think of a lie to tell your parents why you are on your phone texting a friend. So in this case you are being deceitful and a liar just to talk to a friend that you might see the next day. Is it worth it? All these things that were done will come back to you. If you did what was right and turned off your phone and listened to the preacher then you will receive blessings. It is just that easy! Let us say the text was important. Then, you should tell your parents and ask to be excused and go in the hallway. That sounds much better to do than lie and be deceitful. Am I right?! Do not give up in doing what you know is right. God knows and at just the right time he will bless us. Do what is pleasing to The Lord and he will bless you!!!!!!!!!!! This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!! (Galatians 6:7-10) Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is GODs Love Letter. Let us see what God has to put in our hearts on today!!!!!! Dear Children, Today I want you to know that I always love you. Whether you are in a good or bad situation I am always there for you. I Love U. This is not a statement, this is not a quote, this is an emotional effect that everyone goes through. It is called LOVE. Love is patient, love is kind and whoever does not know love does not know I Am because I Am love. Now that you know what love is you should show love. You should love your family and honor your mother and father. You should love your friends, neighbors, and enemies even people that you do not know. Love them also. I want you to know that I love you so much that I gave my only son because of my love for you. If you believe in me you shall not die but have eternal life!!! Love, GOD I hope that Gods letter has inspired you to love others!!! This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!!! Encouraging Word Of The Day
The encouraging word of the day is (1 Corinthians 10:31). Read Below!!! So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. I like this scripture a lot. It tells us that whatever we do, we should do it for God. For example, say you were cleaning your house. Now think about how cleaning your house glorifies God. Cleaning your house shows God that your family is working together and that you appreciate the blessing to have a roof over your head. Even the way you eat or what you eat shows God that you appreciate the food he has blessed you with every night and the bodies he has blessed us to care for. Reading the Word and praying daily glorifies God because it shows that we care about God's Word and we love Him. Even doing homework can glorify God (even if we don't like to do it!). Homework helps us learn so that we can be ready for success in the world. This glorifies God because he wants the best for us, but we have to do the work. How we act should glorify God. We are God's children and we represent Him. So if we do things like gossip or bullying or show jealousy, we are saying that God is that way. But we know that God does not do those things. Gossip spreads rumors and hurts others' feelings. Bullying is just mean! And jealousy leads to anger and separation. We should live a life that is pleasing to God and Glorifies Him! Even how we dress glorifies God. Again, we are God's children and we represent Him. So, if we go out into the world and look like the world, how are sinners supposed to know that we are God's children? So, dance like nobody's watching, sing like nobody's listening, and worship like nobody's there, but whatever you do, do all to the glory of God! This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!!!! (1 Corinthians 10:31) Encouraging Word Of The Day The encouraging word of the day is (Jeremiah 29:11-14). Read Below!!!!!! 11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 In those days when you pray, I will listen.13 If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.14 I will be found by you,” says the LORD. “I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and will bring you home again to your own land.” This is one of my favorite scriptures. When I first read this scripture I had no idea what it meant but now I do, so I would like to explain it to you. This scripture explains that God knows the plans he has for us in our life. Wait! You mean God makes plans for my life? Of course he has plans for our lives. Even though we might want to become a movie star he might want us to be in Christian movies only. He also said they are good plans and not evil ones. God only wants what is best for us. God also said that when we pray he listens and if we look for God wholeheartedly you will find him. God said that he will end captivity and restore our fortunes and one day he will bring us home where we belong!!! So if we believe and have faith in God he will one day end our struggles and bring us back home!!!! This is Sydney saying goodbye and see you next time!!! (Jeremiah 29:11-14) |
